Silk is a natural product so there may be a very slight variation in colour.
Please be aware when ordering that the colours displayed are for illustration purposes only as different devices and screen resolutions will give slight variations in colour.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and all products are thoroughly checked by our quality control team before being shipped to you. However if for any reasons you have changed your mind or believe you have received a faulty product please follow the below instructions in order to return your goods. Please email hello@prettylittlesilks within 7 days of receiving your products with the order number and a brief reason for the return. Our returns policy lasts 28 days.
If more than 28 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we’re unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging with labels and tags attached. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item and it’s advisable to use a trackable service as we’re unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we have received your return it will be inspected and you will receive an email to notify you if you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds do not include the cost of the original postage. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of your products and you will receive an email from us once complete. Please note funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, this is dependant on your bank. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on any sale pieces or face masks.
We will endeavour to restock any items as soon as possible but due to current COVID restrictions there are some slight delays in receiving our regular stock.
We only ship to U.K addresses at the moment however we are looking into international shipping as soon as current restrictions allow.
